The need
So many women are quietly carrying more than they can hold.
Trauma, grief, abuse, anxiety, and exhaustion rarely announce themselves. They arrive slowly and stay silently — until the weight becomes unbearable. Rest House exists because healing shouldn't be a luxury. It should be within reach for every woman who needs it.

A sanctuary built from the belief that women deserve to rest well and heal fully.
Rest House Inc. was founded to provide restorative environments, mental wellness education, and a compassionate community that help women heal from trauma, abuse, burnout, anxiety, grief, and major life transitions. We combine trauma-informed care, evidence-based mental wellness, and faith-rooted community so women can return home to themselves.

Our first cohort
In January 2025, we served our first 20 women.
The In Vision Brunch launched Rest House with a founding cohort of 20 women, gathered for rest, resources, and restoration — and given early access to everything we build next.
Twenty women arrived carrying quiet weight — and found a table set, a prayer spoken, and no one asking them to perform.
The welcome
Each woman named what God is calling her toward this season, and left with resources and women committed to walking with her.
The visioning
Every prayer written that morning went into a gold box — prayed over by our team, and followed up on since.
The follow-through
Our impact
It began with 20 women and one table.
Our first In Vision Brunch served 20 women at no cost to them — rest, resources, and restoration in a single morning. Every dollar given today widens that table for the women still waiting.
