Thank you for being part of Rest House Inc. These terms help us keep our website, donations, and retreat experiences safe, honest, and healing-centered.

Acceptance of terms
By visiting theresthouse.org, using any Rest House Inc. form or service, registering for a retreat, making a donation, or subscribing to our newsletter, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit personal information.
Who we are
Rest House Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Atlanta, Georgia. Our mission is to help women accomplish their mental health goals through rest, resources, and restoration. Our goal is to provide restorative environments, mental wellness education, and a compassionate community that help women heal from trauma, abuse, burnout, anxiety, grief, and major life transitions. Tax-deductible donations are made in support of this mission.
Use of the website
We welcome you to explore our site, learn about our programs, sign up for updates, make a donation, or request information. Please use the site lawfully and respectfully. Do not:
- Submit false, misleading, or harmful information.
- Use the site to harass, abuse, or discriminate against anyone.
- Attempt to disrupt the site, access restricted areas, or misuse our forms.
- Copy, scrape, or reuse our content for commercial purposes without permission.
Donations and recurring giving
All donations to Rest House Inc. are voluntary and processed through Stripe. When you make a one-time or monthly gift, you authorize the charge described at checkout.
- Tax deductibility. Rest House Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Donations are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law. Donors receive a receipt by email.
- Recurring gifts. Monthly donations continue until you cancel through your donor dashboard or contact us directly. You may cancel at any time.
- Refund policy. Donations are generally final and non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error, email us within 14 days and we will review the request.
- Use of funds. Donations support Rest House Inc. programs, operations, and scholarship funds. We steward every gift toward our mission and provide transparent updates on impact.
Retreat participation
Retreats and events are designed to be safe, restorative spaces for adult women. By registering, you agree to:
- Participate respectfully and honor the confidentiality and dignity of other guests.
- Provide accurate health, dietary, and emergency-contact information so we can care for you well.
- Understand that our retreats are wellness and community experiences, not clinical treatment, therapy, or medical care.
- Follow any additional guidelines communicated before or during the event.
Retreat fees, deposits, and cancellation policies are listed on the retreat or booking page. Scholarship requests are reviewed confidentially.
Not medical, clinical, or emergency advice
Content on this site is for informational and encouragement purposes only. Rest House Inc. does not provide medical, mental health, legal, or professional counseling services. If you or someone you know is in immediate danger or crisis, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or 911.
Intellectual property
All written content, images, branding, logos, and materials on this site are owned by Rest House Inc. or used with permission. You may share links to our pages and quote short passages with attribution, but you may not reproduce, sell, or redistribute our content without written permission.
Links to other sites
Our site may link to trusted partners, payment processors, scheduling tools, or social platforms. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those external sites. We encourage you to review their policies before using them.
Limitation of liability
Rest House Inc. provides this site and its services as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, participation in an event, or reliance on site content. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Georgia.
